Who writes this site?

You can call me Victor. I was born in France and, as a kid, had the luck to live in all four corners of the country — and to travel a lot on top of that. So this site is simply my way of sharing what I love most: my country. France — its culture, the landscapes worth the trip (well beyond Paris), its art, its music.

How these articles are made

The site is in English, and yes, I use a bit of AI — to make sure the texts read correctly in English, and to illustrate what I write. But nothing is published until I have read it, checked it, and agreed to sign it. The voice, the opinions and the occasional mistake are mine. Where a fact can be checked, it should be; where it is an opinion, it is labeled as one.
